We are looking for an enthusiastic sales and client experience business partner with a strong sales commitment to join our collaborative, team-oriented, and fun workplace.

Position

The sales and client experience business partner is responsible for managing a portfolio of established client accounts in order to maximize their value. They develop and maintain business relationships with private property owners and managers and are responsible for selling clients the value of ACCS’s comprehensive services.
The position is supported by a team of specialists (estimators, technical experts, marketing professionals, etc.) to help support their full potential and support them throughout the sales cycle.

Responsabilities

  • Managing potential growth and project development accounts
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships with decision-makers and various client account stakeholders
  • Understanding client needs and issues, asking the right questions to understand client challenges, and offering tailored, personalized solutions
  • Establishing account strategies and ensuring ACCS services are offered comprehensively to each client
  • Working with internal teams to ensure optimal client experience
  • Meeting sales and profitability targets
  • Updating customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Taking part in sales and marketing meetings to share ideas and coordinate sales efforts, and for strategy development
  • Taking part in industry networking events

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ consultative selling experience (sales based on an understanding of client needs rather than on simply taking orders or fulfilling client requests)
  • Technical sales, equipment, or service experience
  • Technical training an asset (DEC or engineering degree) or strong equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and client relations skills
  • Teamwork skills and strong interest in continuing training and coaching
  • Functional English
