Position
Working on-site or remotely, service technicians ensure the optimum operations of HVAC control systems, and are key client contacts.
Responsabilities
- Carrying out preventive and predictive control equipment maintenance
- Validating and adjusting operating sequences
- Analyzing issues and incident histories
- Advising clients on possible improvements
- Working in collaboration with technical support and sales teams
- Providing exemplary, proactive customer service
- Producing complete, detailed maintenance reports
Requirements
- DEC in building mechanics or industrial electronics technology or equivalent
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability, judgment, and autonomy
- Ability to listen and deliver personalized client experience
- Punctuality
- Functional English
- Valid driver’s licence
