Votre mission

Sur place ou à distance, vous veillerez au fonctionnement optimal des systèmes de contrôle CVAC, vous serez un point de contact privilégié pour nos clients.

Vos responsabilités

• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of control equipment
• Validate and adjust operation sequences
• Analyze issues and event histories
• Advising clients on possible improvements
• Work in collaboration with our technical support and sales teams
• Provide exemplary and proactive customer service
• Produce complete and detailed maintenance reports

Profil recherché

• DEC in building mechanics or industrial electronics technology, or the equivalent
• Aptitude pour la résolution de problème et souci du détail
  
• Capacité d’adaptation, jugement et autonomie
  
• Listening skills and personalization of the customer experience
• Punctuality
• Anglais fonctionnel
  
• Valid driver's license
