We are looking for a project coordinator who stands out for his or her dedication and ability to work on several files simultaneously, all in a collaborative, friendly and fun environment!

Votre mission

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating projects for a major client. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects and acting as an intermediary between ACCS and this client.

Vos responsabilités

• Coordinate, together with the client and our field team, the installation of the equipment
• Coordinate the schedule according to the programmer's and estimator's predetermined steps
• Attend coordination meetings
• Working with different departments
• Carry out progress monitoring in the management tools
• Carry out invoicing at the end of the project
• Follow up on updated documentation

Votre bagage et vos forces

• A minimum of 2-4 years in a project coordination position (or other experience deemed relevant)
• Technical training (DEC) in the Management/Finance/IT sector or equivalent
• Organisational, adaptive and priority management skills
• Teamwork, problem-solving skills and good stress tolerance (relative)
• Commitment to goals and objectives
• Enthusiasm for challenges and new initiatives
• Attention to detail
