Votre mission
Reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of HVAC control projects. You will be responsible for analyzing the documents provided by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to determine the quantities of equipment required, and for estimating the material and labor costs involved in carrying out the projects.
Vos responsabilités
- Lire et interpréter des plans et devis en contrôle, mécanique, électrique et architecture
- Faire des relevés des quantités d’équipements à contrôler
- Évaluer les coûts de la main-d’œuvre
- Analyser des soumissions reçues des sous-traitants
- Establish and maintain working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Faire parvenir aux sous-traitants les informations pertinentes pour soumissionner
- Prepare and participate in the financial review and submission of project bids
- Faire le suivi des soumissions déposées
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Work with operations teams (project managers, engineers, technicians, installers)
- Classify and update submission data
Profil recherché
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years in HVAC or industrial control estimating
- Technical training required (DEC instrumentation and controls). However, we will also consider strong experience in a similar position.
