Votre mission

Reporting to the Vice President Client Experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property owners and managers to sell the value of ACCS services.

You will be surrounded by a team of dedicated specialists allowing you to exploit your full potential. Indeed, you will benefit from the involvement of the marketing team as well as our technical experts who will support you throughout the sales cycle.

Vos responsabilités

• Analyse the potential of existing and prospective customer accounts
• Developing, managing and retaining customers by building lasting business relationships
• Through a consultative approach and proactive approach, understand the customer's needs and develop a value-added service offering
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Achieving sales and profitability targets
• Update the customer relationship management (CRM) tool
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings to share ideas, coordinate sales efforts and formulate strategies.

Profil recherché

• College or university degree
• Experience in business development and sales
• Ease of reaching decision-makers and capturing the attention of business people
• Naturally solution-oriented, organised and aggressive
• Knowledge of HVAC control systems is an asset
