Votre mission

You will join a team of experienced project managers and coordinators. You will be responsible for managing HVAC control and technology integration projects in existing commercial buildings or new construction. You'll ensure that projects run smoothly, coordinating all parties involved, managing budgets, schedules, equipment orders and customer satisfaction. You'll work with different multidisciplinary teams depending on the type of project (programmers, electricians, technicians, etc.).

Vos responsabilités

• Understanding the service offering and the context of the mandate
• Interpret in-house plans, specifications and shop drawings
• Plan the work of the team and other specialists working on the project
• Lead, assemble and motivate project teams
• Proactively monitor project costs, quality and schedules
• Ensure smooth, rigorous communication with customers through to project completion
• Manage conflicts, if any

Profil recherché

• Completed DEC or Bachelor's degree in building mechanics or other relevant training
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience as a project manager or other relevant position in the construction industry
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Being a good team player
• Comfortable working under pressure
• A sense of priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacité d’adaptation, jugement et autonomie
  
• Excellent oral and written French, functional English
