Sales Manager

We're looking for a highly qualified sales manager with a strong commitment to sales and a solid background in real estate.

Votre mission

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for directing all sales-related activities within the organization. In this role, you will develop and implement the sales strategies, policies, programs and practices required to achieve the company's performance objectives, while supervising and managing the sales team.

Vos responsabilités

Strategic contribution
  • Develop and implement strategies to stimulate sales growth in the company's various market segments, in line with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Propose new business opportunities and the development of new market segments according to trends to the Chairman;
  • In collaboration with the management committee, continuously monitor the performance of the various services, their profitability and their relevance, in light of the competition and changing customer needs. Adjust strategy accordingly.
Team management
  • Recruit, supervise and mentor a team of business partners, fostering a collaborative work environment and capitalizing on each person's complementary skills;
  • Implement performance indicators for the sales team to ensure objectives are met, monitor progress, evaluate results and provide performance analysis to management;
  • In collaboration with human resources, establish and maximize employees' training needs and promote the ongoing development of their skills;
  • Apply and improve the compensation program in line with values and strategic objectives in order to attract, retain and motivate talent.
Customer relations
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, while identifying new business opportunities in the market;
  • Negotiate agreements with customers to increase sales and meet financial targets;
  • Ensure effective management of the sales process, ensuring that customer needs are fully understood and met at every stage of the sales cycle.
Collaboration and communication
  • Work with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives (customer retention and acquisition, offers, etc.);
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outreach and marketing strategies that meet the company's business objectives;
  • Identify new business opportunities to fuel marketing and technological innovation strategy;
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or finance;
  • Between 10 and 15 years in sales team management. Sales based on understanding customers' real needs and creating long-term value;
  • Strong experience in commercial real estate;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer relations skills;
  • Assertive leadership, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving the company's strategic objectives;
  • Ability to work independently, with a developed sense of initiative and responsibility, while being able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French. English an asset.
